*Job Summary: Specialist Clinical Pharmacist - Neonates*
Are you a driven and passionate pharmacist looking to develop in a Specialist Clinical role? We're seeking an enthusiastic clinical pharmacist to join our Neonates Clinical Specialty within our larger Clinical Pharmacy team, providing services to the Women's and Children's service.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver a clinically focused and innovative pharmacy service within a strong specialist team. If you have hospital pharmacy experience and want to utilise your clinical skills in a forward-thinking department, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

*Duties Overview:* * Work within the Neonatal specialist team, using your knowledge and skills to improve patient care * Influence healthcare professionals in the best use of medicines * Develop from Senior Support Pharmacist (Band 7) to Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Band 8a) through a structured program * Support complex treatment pathways in Neonates and Women's services * Undertake non-medical prescribing course or develop existing skills in this field * Deliver Cost Improvement Programs (CIP) to support the specialty and department * Complete audits and Quality Improvement Projects (QIP) for presentation at specialty meetings * Work closely with the pharmacy team across all sites, supported by experienced pharmacists
