*The Opportunity:*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pharmacist to help the operations of our established pharmacy in salisbury . In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily activities, drive profitability, and inspire our dedicated team to deliver outstanding customer service.

*Your Responsibilities:*

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and industry best practices

- Monitor and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives

- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and medication dispensing processes

*Qualifications and Experience:*

- GPhC-registered Pharmacist with a Master's degree

- NMS accreditation and Flu vaccination training required

- Proven experience in pharmacy operations management

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Commitment to exceptional customer service and team collaboration
