They are seeking a driven and qualified pharmacist to join their team as a Pharmacy Manager.

In this role, you will lead their pharmacy department, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and delivering exceptional patient care.

*What you'll do -* * Motivate and inspire your pharmacy team, encourage a positive and productive work environment. * Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations. * Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and maintain the highest standards of patient safety and care. * Contribute to achieving departmental targets and business goals. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and patient experience. * Build strong relationships with other healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
