A rapidly growing independent Community Pharmacy chain is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join their team at the Milton Keynes store. With a commitment to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and personalized service to the local community, this chain is known for its customer-centric approach and commitment to excellence. Key Duties Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, patient counseling, and medication therapy management. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including NHS standards and pharmacy best practices. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and expiry date monitoring. Provide clinical services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews. Foster a positive work environment and lead a team of pharmacy technicians and support staff. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote health and wellness initiatives. Package and Benefits Hourly rate £27 per hour Ideally 4 days per week (minimum of 1 in 4 Saturdays per month) Pharmacy first £3 per service Flu jab £1 per service Annual total earnings up to £75,000 Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements GPHC Registered Pharmacist Must Community Pharmacy experience Must be service drive Must be accredited in Pharmacy first and vaccinations Must have 3 years+ experience What Happens Next?
