Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic GPhC Registered Pharmacist looking to make a meaningful impact?
We invite you to join a leading community pharmacy group as a Pharmacist Manager in their Nottingham (NG9) branch. With a monthly dispensing load of approximately 5000 items, this full-time, permanent role offers stable hours from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (except Thursday which is 9am to 2pm).

Essential Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager
* You will be a registered GPhC Pharmacist with at least 12 months post-registration experience.
* Preferably possess MUR accreditation and ProScript experience.
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to build good relationships with both customers and staff.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, able to inspire and motivate a team
Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager
* Drive the achievement of key performance targets and uphold exemplary standards of service delivery.
* Build and develop collaborative partnerships with Primary Care Organisations (PCOs) and GP surgeries.
* Ensure accuracy in NHS payment claims and strive for operational excellence in pharmacy sales and services, adhering to legal, ethical, and organisational guidelines.
* Undertake regular audits to maintain optimal staff performance, service quality, and compliance standard.
