As the Pharmacist Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for managing the day to day operations within the pharmacy, building strong relationships with patients, maintaining and building rapport with GP Surgeries and driving the business forward. You will be supported by a well trained team and in the capable hands of the pharmacy owners.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for driving the business forward, increasing items, revenue and ensuring that the company's brand is upheld with their reputation. Be able to lead, motivate and optimize team performance within the pharmacy. Ensure that the pharmacy operates and adheres to GPhC standards. Lead, train and develop colleagues. Oversee the procurement and supply of medicine. Play an important role in supporting the pharmacy and team hit targets. Supple prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services, in addition to providing healthcare advice to customers according to GPhC standard.Profile
You will need:
MPharm degree or equivalent. Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Valid DBS. Able to manage and lead a high performing team. Must have at least 1 year experience as a pharmacist.Job Offer
Competitive salary- up to £60,000 GPhC fees paid annually. Pension contribution. Healthcare Benefits. Bonuses. Generous holiday allowance.
