eSift is seeking a dynamic Field Sales & Training Specialist for a leading distributor in pharmaceuticals and healthcare products. This hybrid role combines four days in the field with one day of telesales.

Salary: Up to £33k + bonus/commission, car & more Location: M3/M4 Corridor Contract: 12-month FTC

Role Overview:

Manage and train around 600 independent pharmacies Focus on two hero products with sales, compliance checks, merchandising, and POS management Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in face-to-face training and sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong in influencing and structured training Knowledge of OTC health products is a plus Full UK Driving License
