Establishing the Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) GP referral service across medical centres. •

Managing repeat and acute prescription requests with accuracy and care. •

Implementing local protocols to transition patients to preferred medications, including environmentally friendly inhalers. •

Providing expert responses to patient and healthcare professional enquiries.

Essential Skills and Qualifications: •

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. •

Demonstrable experience within a primary care setting. •

Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to liaise effectively with patients and healthcare teams. •
