Implementing local protocols to transition patients to preferred medications, including environmentally friendly inhalers. •
Providing expert responses to patient and healthcare professional enquiries.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: •
Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. •
Demonstrable experience within a primary care setting. •
Excellent communication skills, with the aptitude to liaise effectively with patients and healthcare teams. •
A proactive approach to adopting recommended medication practices.
