Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients with cancer, including medication therapy management, counseling, and monitoring.
* Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of oncology medications, adhering to strict protocols and regulatory guidelines.
* Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
* Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives related to oncology.
* Educate patients and their families about the appropriate use and management of oncology medications.
* Monitor for adverse drug reactions and take appropriate actions.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Must Have:
* Minimum of 6 months of experience as an oncology pharmacist.
* Strong knowledge of oncology medications, therapeutic regimens, and clinical trials.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
