Meridian Business Support are recruiting for an

amazing opportunity for aClinical Pharmacy Leadto join our private Healthcare client, to manage and coordinate their Pharmacy team, across all their Urgent Primary Care services, ensuring regulatory, contractual, QOF and CQC compliance are in place.

Salary:up to £55,000 FTE dependent on experience Employment type:Permanent Hours Per Week:24 hours (part-time)

The post holder will have up-to-dateknowledge of the Urgent and Primary Care landscape and the direction in which the services are heading, including transforming the medicines management process.As such, theywill be an experienced Pharmacist and a people manager,professional, ambitious, with a high level of social skill and a meticulous attention to detail, committedto delivering safe medicines management across Urgent and Primary Care services. The Clinical Pharmacy Leadwill make sure that we are contractually and regulatory compliant at all times in all our services in relation to medicine management. They will look for innovative ways to reduce waste and assist sites to manage the medicine budget, ensuring that we aremaximising all available resource to achieve high standards of medicines management. As with all senior managers within the Group, the Clinical Pharmacy Lead is expected toseek to make a positive difference at work every day and believe in the culture and vision of the company; to improve lives for patients, our colleagues and our communities by putting people first and working together towards a better future. The Clinical Pharmacy Lead is expected to be able to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the PCN. Please notice that this in an office based job (with the baseoffice in Leeds). Some nationwide travel to our sites will be required. Therefore access to a personal car and a valid driving license is essential.

Requirements

Be a trained Pharmacistwith relevant experience Have experience of working in or working alongside Primary and Urgent Care Services Have experience ofleading a team Management qualification or relevant experience Negotiation and influencing skills Good communication skills Confident IT skills CQC and regulatory knowledge Registered Manager or willing to becomeone with trainingBenefits
