Job Title: Rotational Clinical Pharmacist - Private Hospital - Liverpool
Location: Private Hospital, Liverpool
Position Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, 30 minute break) 3-6 months minimum
Salary: £25 - £37 per hour (paid via umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Rotational Ward Pharmacist to join our clients team at a leading private hospital in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for community pharmacists looking to transition into a hospital setting as full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services across various wards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise medication management. Conduct medication reviews and provide patient counselling. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Hospital experience is preferred but not essential; the team welcome community pharmacists who are eager to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
