East London, UK About the Role

CherryTree Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacist Manager to cover the day-to-day running of a small pharmacy. We are a small, independent pharmacy in East London. Our values are to provide a high-quality, professional service to our patients and customers and to provide a friendly and supportive working environment for our team. We enjoy excellent relations with neighbouring GP surgeries. As part of the wider NHS, our Pharmacy offers a number of NHS services to patients including Flu Jabs, Health Checks, Medicines Checks and Reviews, EHC, and Blood Pressure Checks. You will be actively involved in providing these services and, after appropriate training, provide these services yourself. You will also maintain budgets and staff, with clear KPIs including Rx items, NMS, other pharmacy services income, and EPS nominations. Main Duties

You will be supported by dispensing staff. You will be expected to manage the pharmacy, ensure deliveries are made on time, help drive services such as the travel clinic, adhere to ethical, professional, and legal pharmacy standards, and maintain budgets and staffing. Qualifications

Applicants must be registered with the GPHC and have community pharmacy management experience. Required Documents
