Management of workload to ensure efficient and effective service

Staff skill mix/rota organisation

Stock ordering and control

Training and line management of staff

Management of quality assurance process such as monitoring, cleaning, quality exceptions, change controls, document update and control

Checking process e.g. worksheets, assembly

Senior knowledge and experience of aseptic manipulation and processes within the preparation of an aseptic product

Experience in cytotoxic manufacture

Professional technician and role model to junior staff

Recent evidence of skills required
