Location: Kensington, London Position: Pharmacy Assistant Hours: Monday - Friday Pay: £15.00 per hour
Job Description:
Trident are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our clients team at a prestigious private hospital in Kensington, London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional Outpatient Pharmacy counter service to all patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an exceptional Outpatient Pharmacy counter service to all patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
* Manage and coordinate the front counter service, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate advice on over-the-counter medicines.
* Ensure all customers are well received and responded to appropriately as a front-line member of the team.
* Communicate and escalate issues to the team and the Responsible Pharmacist.
* Maintain GPh.C standards.
* Register patients and take payments in line with current policy and procedures.
* Collect data for audit purposes and act as a service ambassador.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of GPh.C standards and procedures.
